American Process Group, a division of SANEXEN is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team at our Acheson Office, near Edmonton.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage projects through all phases – from planning and kickoff to execution and close-out
- Manage and coordinate project activities across internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Plan and monitor schedules, budgets, and scope to keep projects on track
- Oversee site activities as needed, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including work plans, reports, and updates
- Track costs, progress, and performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and environmental regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients, supporting clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing projects in environmental services, construction, or a related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (D365 and MS Project)
- Willingness to travel to project sites approximately one week out of the month
