- Project Startup & Field Presence: Play an active role in launching projects through site visits, ensuring a concrete understanding of field conditions and an effective mobilization of the team from the very start.
- Project Management: Oversee financials, HSE, production and quality performance, and take swift corrective action whenever deviations arise.
- Rigorous Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs and revenues, and participate in the billing process.
- Risk & Quality Management — Identify, document and implement risk controls from the proposal stage onward, apply quality plans and ensure compliance with internal procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Health & Safety Management: Implement and champion the HSE program across all assigned projects.
- Communication & Coordination: Support smooth information flow among all team members, keep the Project Director informed of progress, and act as a liaison with the client as needed. Prepare reports and deliverables for client issuance in accordance with Sanexen’s quality standards.
- Change Management: Identify and document any changes to the contract scope (client or subcontractor), initiate approval procedures and inform relevant stakeholders.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Lead regular project follow‑up meetings, contribute to end‑of‑project reviews to capture lessons learned, and help enhance best practices within the business unit.
- Above All: Thrive at Work: Bring enthusiasm to your work while fostering a professional, safe and supportive team environment rooted in pride and excellence.
