Our pumping services focus on the efficient transfer of slurry from basins, lagoons, tanks, and other vessels when removal and relocation of material is the primary requirement. Depending on project needs, this process can also be paired with mechanical dewatering to separate solids from liquid during pumping.

Digester cleaning is a more comprehensive process that goes beyond slurry removal. In addition to pumping out material, the interior of the digester or tank is washed using high-pressure water to remove accumulated grit, debris, and residual buildup from internal surfaces.

The buildup of grit and debris such as hair, sand, and rags can negatively affect digester performance by reducing retention time and disrupting the digestion process. These materials are often difficult to remove with standard sludge pumps, and when they are pulled through existing systems, they can accelerate wear on pumping and heating equipment, increasing maintenance demands and operating costs.
